THE DRIVEWAY MUST BE STARTED AND "MUST" BE IN IT'S PERMANENT PLACE

Before Contacting us please gather all the following information
to assist us in assigning your structure an address.

Your name,or the person making the request.

Your contact number.

Name of the road the structure is located.

Nearest cross street.

The nearest address on either side of the road near your structure.

Stage of the building process, footers, blocks, brick, etc.

Is the structure visible from the roadway?

Permits, signs, gates or any other identifying signs.

If two or more structures share a
driveway, the first structure built receives a numeric address. All other structures will
share the numeric address with a descending letter of the alphabet.
Example the first structure will be know as 2045 County Rd and the second
structure as 2045A County Rd.

Once we determine your address we will contact you and give you a confirmation number for Middle Tennessee Electric
(MTEMC) as well as the assigned address.
